Biografia (ITA)

Nato a Roma nel 1967 si diploma come perito tecnico industriale nel 1986 e inizia la sua formazione come tecnico luci nel 1987 , prendendo parte a numerosi tour musicali in Italia e all’estero. In seguito si specializza come programmatore certificato su diverse consolle luci e collabora con Limelite nella realizzazione di grandi eventi, convetions e tour musicali tra cui Pino Daniele , Antonello Venditti , Claudio Baglioni e Laura Pausini . Dal 1997 al 2000 firma le luci del tour italiano ed europeo di Jovanotti ” L’Albero ” e ” Capo Horn “. Si esprime come lighting designer in teatro , lavorando con artisti del calibro di Gigi Proietti , Enrico Montesano , Christian De Sica , Enrico Brignano , Pietro Garinei , Gino Landi e partecipando alla messa in scena di musical come ” Actor dei “, ” la Divina Commedia ” , ” Chicago “, ” The Full Monty ” , etc .. Nel corso degli anni cura come direttore tecnico l’allestimento  di molti grandi eventi tra cui numerose edizioni di ” Heineken Jammin Festival ” , “Pavarotti & Friends ” , il “Concerto del 1 ° maggio ” ed è coinvolto anche come programmatore luci – video in diverse produzioni televisive di intrattenimento musicale e talk show , collaborando con alcuni dei più importanti direttori della fotografia. E’ fondatore di  “Oltre APS”, associazione che forma e sostiene giovani artisti e tecnici nell’ambito dello spettacolo dal vivo producendo spettacoli tra cui “Il Sogno di Colombo”.

Attualmente alterna la programmazione video e luci per numerosi programmi televisivi tra cui  “The Voice of Italy 2014/15” e “XFactor Italia 2016”, alla collaborazione in qualità di lighting designer per spettacoli teatrali.

Da novembre 2017 è direttore tecnico di Oltheatre al De Sica di Peschiera Borromeo (MI)

Nel suo lavoro le competenze tecniche si fondono con un gusto musicale ed una particolare cura del dettaglio, mirando ad un’idea estetica di spettacolo dal vivo dove la performance artistica si interseca armoniosamente con l’uso delle nuove tecnologie.

Born in Rome in 1967, he obtains the diploma in industrial engineer in 1986 and begins his training as a lighting technician in 1987, taking part in many musical tour in Italy and abroad. Later on, he specializes as a programmer certificate on different lighting console and collaborates with Limelite in the realization of major events, convetions and music tours including Pino Daniele, Antonello Venditti, Claudio Baglioni and Laura Pausini. From 1997 to 2000 he signes the lights of the Italian and European tour Jovanotti “ L’Albero ” and ” Capo Horn “. He expresses himself as lighting designer in theater, working with artists such as Gigi Proietti, Enrico Montesano, Christian De Sica, Enrico Brignano, Pietro Garinei, Gino Landi and participating in the staging of musicals as “Actor Dei”, “La Divina Commedia”, ” Chicago” ,”The Full Monty” etc . Over the years, he cares as technical director the setting of many big events including numerous editions of “Heineken Jammin Festival”, “Pavarotti & Friends”, the “Concert of May 1” and he’s also involved as a light-video programmer in several TV productions of musical entertainment and talk shows, collaborating with some of the most important directors of photography. He’s one of the founders of “Oltre APS”, association that trains and supports young artists and technicians in the field of live entertainment, producing shows like “The Dream of Columbus”.

Currently alternates programming video and lights in many TV shows including “The Voice of Italy 2014/15” and “X Factor Italy 2016”, with lighting design for theatrical shows.

In his work the technical skills are blended with a musical taste and particular attention for details, aiming to aesthetical idea of live show where the artistic performance is harmoniously mixed of new technologies.
